Merge Maestro

This game is aweful... Awfully addicting! It's a strategic twist to the game 2048, and quite cleverly done, might I add. At first, you mess around and learn what different tiles do and how they interact with eachother, but once you get the hang of it and find a playstyle that suits you, it's a real pain to stop! Especially when you hit that sweet spot and are just killing it with the combos. I'm not sure about the fruits tokens though, I don't think they fit my playstyle very much.

Addictive, fun, and the dev isn't greedy! A rarity! Like you just pay once for the full game (a very reasonable price IMO) and there are no ads, no microtransactions, and no subscription fee. There's also a Discord where you can reach the dev with any issues. Recently my save file got corrupted after my stupid phone updated, and I lost months of progress. I messaged the dev on Discord and they fixed it and now I'm back merging again! Trolls can go to hell but besides that it's great!

So addicting. Strategies can get complicated, but the game is very simple to pick up and develop your own synergies in. It's good about keeping the playthroughs fresh. No run has felt the same as the last. It's a perfect mobile game that I physically have to put down my phone to stop playing. If I had one criticism, the aesthetic is a bit plain. There isn't a lot of pop to the UI. I could see it getting overlooked because of that. Which would be a shame because it's a really fantastic game!
